In September 2009 a friend and I began training for a triathlon. I had always been in good shape and was well conditioned especially after this particular summer because I completed RAGBRAI, a 500 mile bike ride across the state of Iowa. About a month into triathlon training I had chest pain and a few other random symptoms that didn’t make sense.
